Then: small box on wheels, various views of National Parks, oceans, mountain ranges:
Now: smaller box, no wheels, view of mud and neighbour’s trees:
That will do me for 2016.
Wishing you all a healthy, happy and prosperous New Year!
Post for this week’s Daily Post’s photo challenge, Now.
Hi Jude, I guess you’ve gathered I haven’t paid much attention to my blog for some time! I have some seriously different photos of my garden to the bare summerhouse I posted. It’s looking lush. I WILL post some. When I get back from a floristry trip to Holland this weekend. Really good to hear from you. How are you? Where are you? Carol x

Hi Carol, found an old comment on one of my posts from you and I thought I’d check in to see if you have been posting lately. Seems not! Your garden must be looking glorious now and I would love to see some photos of it – if you have time of course. No pressure!! Are you settled in to living in England then? Or taken off somewhere overseas in the caravan?
Take care and happy summer 2017 to you
Jude xx

Hi Sylvia! How nice to hear from you! I’ve been very naughty and haven’t posted a leave of absence or quit post as I just don’t know which it should be. I so enjoyed blogging and interacting with all my bloggy friends. I keep thinking, I’ll get round to posting an update next week. How are you doing? Enjoying Florida? I’ll just ‘pop over’ and ‘see’ you. ๐ xx

That’s okay. Blogging regularly isn’t compulsory. Sometimes life just gets in the way. So glad to know you’re fine and dandy. xx

You’ve been secretly busy. Love the “shed” – I think it’s the new style in comfort living. Cheers in this new year. Susan/Marsha

Happy as a pig in thingy in my mud pit. So far I have planted 500 bulbs, 50 shrubs and 50 perennials in the front garden so hopefully less mud in the spring! All the best for 2016 to you Jude.

Ha! Well, if it makes you feel any better, I’m feeling like a total lazy toad for only being on Day 2 of my week-long story (nearly 8 weeks after the fact).

Charming! Tiny is all the rage and I love the idea; just not sure I could do it personally. Would love to see how you set it up.

Hi Marian,
It’s just my flower “shop” cum dumping ground at the moment. My proper house is a few steps away. I will be shelving the summerhouse out to use as a potting shed/flower arranging den/relaxation zone eventually. As you can see it catches the sun, even in winter.

Thank goodness I missed something. Guess I’ve been watching too many of those “tiny” shows on TV. LOL

I’m done with tiny, Marian. Three-and-ahalf years in an RV was enough. It’s my garden playhouse!
