We stayed at the state park on Long Key and LOVE it there. On Islamorada we saw the tarpon (tarpons?) Very interesting but don’t remember the name of the bar/marina. It’s on the west side of the road!
We are staying about 10 miles south from where you were. We were lucky to find anything at all in the Keys given the timeframe when we tried to make reservations. It’s our first visit to the Keys and we are loving it! 🙂

Very fun! We just got to the Keys the other day and drove through Islamorada. Did you stay there? If so, anything you would recommend seeing?

We got two days on spec at Long Key on our first visit. We booked two weeks the next year and loved it but all the Keys are wonderful.
