After the traffic horrors I related on Friday, I thought you might like to see Chicago from the sea!
We all know the Sears Tower but does anyone recognize this building?Seadog viewed on the Chicago River while eating our Chicago-style hot dogs.Waiting for the lock to open to let us out into Lake Michigan from the Chicago River.More boats. What a fabulous city. PF visited on conference once whilst I was up to my knees in kids and Lego. Life’s not fair, but at least I get to see photos. Sniff.
For a moment I thought that building is the Willis tower. City skyline from the water is scenic in its own way. Luckily for us we don’t have to there with Betsy.
That first photo….is that Trump Tower? Although Chicago will always hold a special place in my heart, I sure don’t miss the traffic and millions of people. Thanks for taking me back 🙂

Oh, wow, what a beautiful city! They have a giant ferris wheel? Vegas is JUST getting theirs. One pod is set, so far, with many more to come.
